Great work Roger, keep it up.
All I am seeking is any communication to the owner that sets a completed demolition date. If you could forward such I would be indebted.
The building demolition workers have increased in numbers and urgency.
Once the bricks are removed Tandos must commence building if he is true to his word.
At the conclusion […]

In response to your most recent e-mail I wish to advise that the wording of Section 173 agreement required by a condition of the planning permit issued by Council simply requires that all buildings on the site be demolished. The demolition works are being undertaken by a demolition contractor in accordance with a permit issued under the Building […]

Another property development company has bitten the dust. http://www.news.com.au/business/story/0,23636,22015574-462,00.html
Bridgecorp seems to be very similar to the one time part owner of the old Coburg High School site Westpoint.
Besides the investors who will loose money it seems unbuilt developments in Australia and Fiji will be the legacy of this collapse.
